Workforce with New Contractor

With the help of our TechnoRishi Labour Request Management system, current contract workers can send requests to replace existing workers with new contractors when they want to collaborate with a new contractor.

Overtime and Shift Change Request

Based on the user department's overtime policies, the contract labor may submit an overtime request when they are planning to do overtime. Contract workforce can use the Request Management portal to assign or send change requests to user department shifts for his workforce.

Pass Cancel Request

If the contract workforce is not employed, terminated, or resigned, they may submit a request for the pass to be canceled using our Request Management tool.

Access & Attendance Area

Initiator Can raise a Request in Case of Workforce Access or Attendance Area Change, Accordingly Hardware Device gets Activate & Deactivate.
