Enrolling Supplier

Prior to using the Vendor Portal's many features, you must first be invited by a buying organization (i.e., your customer) and then complete a brief enrollment process. Invitations are typically sent via email and include a one-of-a-kind signup token. To complete the enrollment process through the Supplier Portal Management System, click the link in the invitation. You can immediately begin using Vendor Portal features such as Profile Preferences, Compliance Settings, and User Manager after enrolling.

My Details

Through Vendor Portal you can now manage and share your organization’s information more efficiently than ever before. Review and maintain your contact info, address, bank, tax, and other important information your customer keeps on file directly through the portal. There is no longer a need to make time-consuming phone calls or send costly documents by mail.

My Customer

My Customer section of the TRCPL Supplier Portal provides important information your customers would like you to read and be aware of. This important information may include news or changes to billing policies, frequently asked questions, or Accounts Payable Help Desk contact information. Please review this content regularly to ensure you stay up to date.

Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN)

Clients can create Advanced Shipping Notices within the Supplier Portal to more effectively receive and track shipments. Creating ASN can speed up the goods receipt process, allowing your customer to approve your invoices more quickly. ASNs are associated with specific POs. By creating an ASN through the portal, you can download and print it for attachment to your package.

Purchase Order

TechnoRishi Supplier Portal is tightly integrated with your customer’s accounting system and provides real-time updates of purchase order information. As soon as a new purchase order is created in your customer’s accounts payable system, the information is automatically transferred to the portal and available for your review.

Invoices

TRCPL Vendor Portal has a powerful invoicing feature designed to simplify your business processes and save you time and effort. 24/ 7 secure online access provides you with the real-time status of your invoices. Inbox provides the ability to submit and process electronic invoices in a variety of ways.

Payments

The Supplier Portal Management System stores your payment details for quick and easy access. Using the powerful search and supporting tools, you can quickly find payment details such as the payment reference number, date, method, amount, invoices paid, currency, and discount amount (if applicable).

Quick Access Links

Quick Access links provide easy access to the most used features of the Support Portal. All features available from Quick Access links can also be accessed from the Supplier Portal main menu. Password Maintenance

You can change the password associated with your Supplier Portal account at any time by clicking Change Password from the top right corner of your Profile page.
