Request

The first step of the material gate pass system is the requester makes a request based on the user role configuration who is creating gate pass for inward/outward movement of material and asset. It is a simple process with custom fields. The requestor will raise a gate pass request.

Approval

You may easily set up various levels for parallel or sequential certification in our material gate system depending on your needs.

Dispatch

Following acceptance, the material exits the company via the security or dispatch desk. Admins can set up multi-level (primary and secondary) dispatch by the workflow. Gate passes and delivery challans are issued once the dispatcher and the material have been confirmed.

Acknowledgement

After receiving the material or asset, the receiver or security desk will acknowledge it as inward or outward (RGP or NRGP). The receiver or security desk can track and view material movement records in real time when the sender and receiver are both alerted by email or SMS.

Returns

The final stage of the procedure involves tracking all returnable material until it is returned, including necessary reminders and escalations. Return can be non-returnable dispatches, partially returnable dispatches, and completely returnable dispatches. Return Acceptance is the final stage of the workflow.

Capture Material Details

In our Material Management application, you may enter as many details as you like. Allows you to keep track of the progression of the material. Keep track of all your material quantities using images of the asset and the material. Collect the vendor ID, material ID, or any other specifications that are required. Barcodes and QR codes will assist in identifying the material.

Alerts & Notification

Any workflow system must have alerts and notifications as essential components. The TechnoRishi Material Gatepass Management System can be customized to send email alerts and reminders to and from the requester, approvers, security or receiver, and vendors. A returnable item that is not returned by the deadline can easily be escalated.

Reports & Analytics

Create reports for date ranges, sub-registers, or any other parameters of material gate pass data, and it will be transformed into different MIS reports and analytics.
